One price, written down

You shouldn't need a sales call to find out what something costs.

$399 a month

The software and the person who supports it. No per-user charge, no charge per patient.

  • Scanning and filing, tablet forms, and patient texting from the day your texting account is registered
  • Patient list import
  • Monthly record posting and corrections
  • Room screens, huddle and schedule, if you want them
  • Business Associate Agreement signed before we start
  • Support by phone and email, and updates as the rules change

$1,500 setup

$750 for the first five practices.

Install, import of your patient list, a scanning plan for the cabinets you already have, and training your staff in your own office on your own tablets.

What founding practices get

  • Setup at $750 instead of $1,500.
  • $399 a month, fixed for 24 months. Written into the agreement.
  • Leave inside 60 days and owe nothing further. You keep a copy of everything that went in.

In return I ask for honest feedback and, if it goes well, permission to say your practice uses it.

What's not in the price

Two bills come from the companies that provide the service, not from us, and they go to the practice directly:

  • Hosting. Your patient records live in a cloud account opened in the practice's name, with a signed HIPAA agreement between the practice and the hosting company. We set it up and we manage it, but the account and the records are yours.
  • Texting. Your own texting account, registered to the practice with the phone carriers, billed per message.

Both are quoted in writing, with the expected monthly amount, before you sign anything. Neither goes through us and neither carries a markup.

Why it's set up that way

If Tessavio held your records in an account we own, closing the door on us would mean asking for your own patient files back. It doesn't work that way here.

The account is in your name from the first day. If you ever leave, you change the password and the records stay exactly where they are.

Tablets aren't in the price either. Use the ones you have, or we'll tell you which to buy.
