- The tools involved, e.g. QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Twilio, Gmail, Jobber, your own app
- What happens now, step by step, and where it goes wrong
- What should happen instead
- One or two real examples, with names and numbers removed
- Any deadline or budget you have in mind
Please don’t send passwords, API keys or customers’ personal data by email. When access is needed, you grant it from your own account and can remove it any time.
