What we collect
- This website: nothing. It has no analytics, no ad pixels, no cookies and no forms.
- Email: whatever you choose to write to us, such as your name, business name and phone number.
- Text messages: your mobile number, your consent to receive texts (when and how you gave it), and the messages we exchange.
- Customers: the business details needed to set up and bill your account.
How we use it
To answer your questions, set up and support your account, send the account and support messages you agreed to, and meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
We text you only if you have agreed to receive texts from Tessavio. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Details are in our text messaging terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only companies that handle your number are the service providers that deliver our messages (our texting provider and the phone carriers), and only to deliver them.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (email, text message delivery, payment processing and hosting), only as needed for that service, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a customer or we are talking with you, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or legal rules require. Ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your choices
Email info@tessavio.com to see, correct or delete your information. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
