I run scheduled Claude agents that read email, research and draft work for my approval. They share memory through an MCP server I built and host on Cloudflare. Nothing they draft goes out until I approve it.

Straight answers
Is my data used to train the AI?
Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the Claude API isn't used to train its models by default. The written plan lists exactly what data goes where.
Which AI do you use?
Mostly Claude, made by Anthropic. If a different model fits your job better, I'll say so.
What does it cost to run?
The AI provider bills you per use, usually small amounts for routine work. The written plan estimates the monthly cost from your volume.
