This website is run by Tessavio LLC, Manalapan, New Jersey. It describes our software and services. Nothing on it is a contract or legal advice; the work we do for a customer is set out in a written agreement signed by both sides.
The demos linked from this site use made-up data. Please do not enter real customer or patient information into a demo.
Text messaging terms
Program: Tessavio account and support messages.
What you get: replies to your questions, setup and appointment updates, and notices about your Tessavio account. No advertising.
How you join: you write your mobile number on our text message consent form, tick the box and sign it. Nothing is pre-ticked, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. You then get one text confirming you are signed up.
How often: message frequency varies with your account activity, typically a few messages a month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Tessavio does not charge for texts.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. We send one confirmation and then no further texts unless you reply START.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your number: see our privacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
